It connects build schedules, labor allocation, hour tracking, and material consumption into a single tenant-aware system that operations leaders can actually trust. Originally built for Buckner DC, Beacon now serves multiple facilities across the VAS footprint and has documented over $432,000 in cost avoidance since launch.
