Staging Bay is the umbrella over a set of internal tools maintained at Buckner. Each tool solves a real problem on the floor — production tracking, food-safety compliance, lightweight WMS, operator performance, yard moves — and they all share one operating language so the people running the building don't have to translate between five systems.

Built and maintained by the floor, for the floor. Hosted on Firebase, deployed nightly, opinions about UX taken from the people closest to the work.
