Yardzip

Yardzip gives the yard the same operating picture the building already has in Beacon. Trailer pool, gate moves, jockey dispatch — all tracked, all visible to the people who need it, none of it living on the gate clerk's clipboard. In active build; targeted for the next operational quarter.

What it does

1. 01

   Trailer pool

Every trailer on the yard with last-known status, contents, and the building it's slotted to. Updated on every gate move.

2. 02

   Gate moves

Inbound and outbound checks at the gate with a single tablet flow. Driver assigned, trailer logged, dock pre-staged.

3. 03

   Jockey dispatch

Spotter receives moves in order with the slot they're pulling from and dropping to. No more radio chatter.

4. 04

   Live yard map

Visual layout of the yard with trailer positions, dock assignments, and live moves in flight.
