What it does
- Structured handoff
Outgoing shift fills a short form — open issues, in-flight work, things to watch. Incoming crew sees it the moment they badge in.
- Blocker log
Persistent list of what's stuck and waiting on whom. Survives shift boundaries so problems don't get re-discovered every twelve hours.
- Today's running list
A single view of what's running, what's queued, and what's done — kept current by the floor itself, not assembled after the fact.
