Relay is the cross-shift coordination tool. Outgoing supervisors leave a short, structured note for the incoming crew: open issues, blockers, what's running, what to watch. No more reconstructing the last 8 hours from radio chatter and a whiteboard. In active build.

What it does

  1. Structured handoff

    Outgoing shift fills a short form — open issues, in-flight work, things to watch. Incoming crew sees it the moment they badge in.

  2. Blocker log

    Persistent list of what's stuck and waiting on whom. Survives shift boundaries so problems don't get re-discovered every twelve hours.

  3. Today's running list

    A single view of what's running, what's queued, and what's done — kept current by the floor itself, not assembled after the fact.
