Floor Score
Performance, measured honestly.
Floor Score is the productivity layer for the floor. It ranks operators with the Ryder Efficiency Score (RES), an ELO-style model that adjusts for task difficulty, shift, and tenure — so a first-shift veteran and a third-shift new hire aren't graded on the same curve. The result is a leaderboard supervisors can defend and operators can trust.
What it does
- Ryder Efficiency Score (RES)
ELO-style rating per operator, updated per task with weights for task difficulty and historical opponent strength. Stable enough to coach against.
- Shift-aware
Models account for shift-level baseline differences so the leaderboard reflects performance, not schedule.
- Tenure ramp
New hires aren't penalized for early-week numbers; the model widens its confidence interval until enough tasks land.
- Coaching exports
One-click export of an operator's last 30 days, grouped by task type, for one-on-ones.
